What makes permanent jewelry “permanent”? 

These custom-fitted pieces are attached with a jump ring that is welded using a pulse arc welding tool. Unless intentionally removed, these clasp-less pieces are designed to remain attached for a no-fuss, daily accessory.

 

What is the longevity of a piece of permanent jewelry?

When selecting the best permanent jewelry piece for you, we will discuss your lifestyle and other accessories that you wear regularly to determine which piece - and location of wear - will be the best fit for you. Do you wear a watch with a linked band? If so, let's place your permanent jewelry to the opposite wrist. Do you love to wear heavy knit socks in the colder months? Maybe an anklet in a dainty chain isn't the best choice. So long as you are mindful of your piece, it should last until you wish to have it removed.

How do I care for my piece of permanent jewelry?

 As with any jewelry, the best way to preserve the luster of your chain will be to regularly polish with a jewelry cloth. We recommend limiting exposure to lotions and perfumes when possible. And should you come in contact with chemicals, we suggest cleansing with a mild cleanser and warm water.

What if I need to remove my piece?

 Should for any reason you need to remove your piece of permanent jewelry - or it comes unattached for any reason (life happens!) - we offer one free reattachment. If you are in need of removing your piece, simply apply pressure with wire cutters or crafting scissors to the link of the chain that is connected to the jump ring. This preserves the length of the chain for later reattachment.
